I’m August Germar, an Independent Facilitator (IF) for the California Self-Determination Program (SDP). Families describe my style as calm and organized—I focus on making every meeting and plan feel clear, respectful, and actionable.
My background includes partnering closely with families and Regional Centers to translate values into practical Person-Centered Plans (PCP) and spending plans. I stay with you through the process: preparing, attending, and following up on key meetings.
