What is an Independent Facilitator?
An Independent Facilitator guides you through the Self-Determination Program (SDP), helps create a Person-Centered Plan (PCP), and advocates for your choices.
Do I have to be in SDP already?
No. I help families explore whether SDP fits, prepare for enrollment, and stay organized after joining.
Can you attend Regional Center meetings?
Yes. I can prepare agendas, attend, and keep the discussion person-centered and clear.
What happens in a Person-Centered Plan meeting?
We map strengths, preferences, goals, and needed supports, then outline clear next steps for your spending plan.
Do you work virtually?
Yes. I serve Northern California families virtually and meet in-person when helpful.
